[BUG]Unable to scroll the interface normally using the watch crown

**Describe the bug**
I cannot use the watch crown to scroll through the interface normally; its interface scrolls abnormally fast. However, it works normally on other interfaces.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just Scroll the crown

**Watch:**
 - Watch Name and model number: [OPPO Watch X2 mini(OWW242)]
 - OS: [Android 11]
 - Wristkey version [v1.3]
