<p data-i18n="modal3.p1">Η θεραπεία με οδοντικά εμφυτεύματα δεν είναι μια απλή οδοντιατρική εργασία, αλλά μια καλά σχεδιασμένη επιστημονική διαδικασία που χωρίζεται σε συγκεκριμένα στάδια. Κάθε βήμα είναι καθοριστικό για να εξασφαλιστεί η μακροχρόνια σταθερότητα και η άψογη αισθητική του νέου σας δοντιού. Από την πρώτη ενημερωτική επίσκεψη έως την τελική τοποθέτηση της στεφάνης, η ομάδα μας εφαρμόζει αυστηρά κλινικά πρωτόκολλα με τη βοήθεια της ψηφιακής τεχνολογίας, καθιστώντας τη διαδικασία ανώδυνη, ασφαλή και απόλυτα προβλέψιμη για κάθε ασθενή.</p>
<p data-i18n-html="modal3.p2"><span class="font-bold text-gray-900">1. Διάγνωση και Ψηφιακός Σχεδιασμός:</span> Το πρώτο στάδιο περιλαμβάνει τη λήψη λεπτομερούς ιατρικού ιστορικού, κλινική εξέταση του στόματος και τρισδιάστατη αξονική τομογραφία CBCT. Αυτή η απεικόνιση μας επιτρέπει να μελετήσουμε την ποιότητα και την ποσότητα του οστού της γνάθου σε τρεις διαστάσεις. Στη συνέχεια, χρησιμοποιούμε ειδικό λογισμικό για να σχεδιάσουμε ψηφιακά την ιδανική θέση του εμφυτεύματος, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη μελλοντική προσθετική αποκατάσταση. Αν απαιτείται, κατασκευάζουμε έναν εξατομικευμένο χειρουργικό οδηγό για απόλυτη ακρίβεια κατά την τοποθέτηση.</p>
<p data-i18n-html="modal3.p3"><span class="font-bold text-gray-900">2. Χειρουργική Τοποθέτηση:</span> Η διαδικασία της τοποθέτησης πραγματοποιείται στο ιατρείο μας με τοπική αναισθησία και είναι εντελώς ανώδυνη. Ο χειρουργός δημιουργεί μια μικρή υποδοχή στο οστό της γνάθου και τοποθετεί το εμφύτευμα τιτανίου. Χάρη στον προηγούμενο ψηφιακό σχεδιασμό, η επέμβαση ολοκληρώνεται γρήγορα, συνήθως σε λιγότερο από 30 λεπτά για ένα εμφύτευμα. Μετά την τοποθέτηση, το εμφύτευμα καλύπτεται και τα ούλα συρράπτονται με λεπτά ράμματα. Ο μετεγχειρητικός πόνος είναι ελάχιστος και ελέγχεται εύκολα με απλά παυσίπονα.</p>
<p data-i18n-html="modal3.p4"><span class="font-bold text-gray-900">3. Οστεοενσωμάτωση (Περίοδος Επούλωσης):</span> Αυτό είναι το πιο κρίσιμο βιολογικό στάδιο. Κατά τη διάρκεια των επόμενων 2 έως 4 μηνών, το οστό της γνάθου αναπτύσσεται γύρω από την επιφάνεια του εμφυτεύματος, δημιουργώντας έναν ισχυρό φυσικό δεσμό (οστεοενσωμάτωση). Αυτή η περίοδος αναμονής εξασφαλίζει ότι το εμφύτευμα μπορεί να αντέξει τις δυνάμεις της μάσησης. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της φάσης, ο ασθενής δεν μένει χωρίς δόντι, καθώς τοποθετείται μια προσωρινή, αισθητικά αποδεκτή αποκατάσταση που προστατεύει την περιοχή και επιτρέπει τη φυσιολογική κοινωνική ζωή.</p>
<p data-i18n-html="modal3.p5"><span class="font-bold text-gray-900">4. Αποκάλυψη και Προσθετική Φάση:</span> Μόλις επιβεβαιωθεί η πλήρης ενσωμάτωση του εμφυτεύματος, ακολουθεί μια πολύ απλή διαδικασία αποκάλυψής του υπό τοπική αναισθησία, όπου τοποθετείται ένα υποουλικό στοιχείο επούλωσης για τη διαμόρφωση των ούλων. Μετά από λίγες ημέρες, λαμβάνουμε το αποτύπωμα των δοντιών σας το οποίο στη συνέχεια αποστέλλεται στο εργαστήριο. Εκεί, η εξατομικευμένη στεφάνη (θήκη) σας σχεδιάζεται και κατασκευάζεται με τη χρήση προηγμένης τεχνολογίας, εξασφαλίζοντας άριστη εφαρμογή, φυσικότητα και μέγιστη αντοχή στον χρόνο.</p>
<p data-i18n-html="modal3.p6"><span class="font-bold text-gray-900">5. Τοποθέτηση και Συντήρηση:</span> Στο τελικό ραντεβού, η μόνιμη στεφάνη (συνήθως από ζιρκόνιο ή ολοκεραμικό υλικό για μέγιστη αισθητική και αντοχή) δοκιμάζεται και βιδώνεται ή συγκολλάται πάνω στο εμφύτευμα. Ελέγχουμε προσεκτικά τη σύγκλειση (τον τρόπο που κλείνουν τα δόντια) για να εξασφαλίσουμε ομοιόμορφη κατανομή των δυνάμεων. Η διαδικασία ολοκληρώνεται, αλλά η μακροζωία του εμφυτεύματος εξαρτάται πλέον από τη σωστή στοματική υγιεινή και τους τακτικούς ετήσιους ελέγχους στο ιατρείο μας, διασφαλίζοντας ένα υπέροχο χαμόγελο που θα διαρκέσει για μια ζωή.</p>
<p data-i18n="modal3.p7">Συνολικά, η διαδικασία διαρκεί από 3 έως 6 μήνες, ανάλογα με την ποιότητα του οστού και την ανάγκη για τυχόν πρόσθετες αναπλαστικές εργασίες. Αν και απαιτεί χρόνο και υπομονή, το αποτέλεσμα σας αποζημιώνει πλήρως, προσφέροντάς σας δόντια που συμπεριφέρονται και δείχνουν ακριβώς όπως τα φυσικά.</p>
