When using a QR-Code Upload session and taking/scanning multipage documents only two pictures are uploaded.
1st and 2nd, Log reports the other pictures as "File not found"

Additional Information
i Use Brave on Mobile as well as on Desktop, however i have confirmed using chrome on mobile its not a platform issue.
