Comprehensive fact-check corrections based on verification of 85+ claims:

Federal Framework Corrections:

  • ACSC "Engaging with AI" date: March 2025 → January 2024
  • Removed non-existent "Mitigating Strategies for AI Threats" document
  • ISM-1924 wording: "detect and block" → "detect and mitigate" (per official control text)
  • PSPF Release 2025 date: October 2025 → July 2025
  • PSPF Policy Advisory 001-2025 date: February 2025 → October 2025
  • Removed GOVSEC-14 reference (does not exist in federal PSPF; state/territory nomenclature)
  • DTA Chief AI Officers deadline: July 2025 → December 2025-2026
  • eSafety Industry Standards date: June 2025 → June 2024 (effective December 2024)

State/Territory Framework Corrections:

  • NSW: Changed "world's first" to "one of the first" mandatory government AI framework
  • Victoria Police AI Ethics Framework date: 2023 → March 2024
  • SA Office for AI establishment: November 2025 → July 2025
  • NT AI Ethics Principles count: 5 → 6 principles (added Accountability)

International Framework Corrections:

  • EU AI Act penalty rate: 1.5% → 1% for misleading information tier
  • UK: Removed "6-monthly" training claim; corrected to "regular" risk-based training
  • Canada AIA Tool question count: 48 → 106 questions (65 risk + 41 mitigation)
  • Japan AISI establishment: April 2024 → 14 February 2024

Structural Corrections:

  • Document count: 65+ → 75+ (verified total across all sources)
