I want to install x-terminal manually and use it normally, how to do it（I use npm install before)

I download this package from this repo, and use the"npm install"command to install and copy to ~/.atom/packages.
but it doesn't work well
（note:I installed the node .js before this)

You should also try pulsar-edit. It is the community version of atom since atom is no longer maintained
