Can't install

When trying to install json with occultist I get the following error

json.c:4:10: fatal error: Chaos.h: No such file or directory
    4 | #include "Chaos.h"
      |          ^~~~~~~~~

Okay so this was caused by mt not having the devel headers installed. I updated my AUR package to install them. I noticed in the chaos Makefile requirements-dev is installing C and header files but as far as I can tell you only need to (should?) install the headers. Anyway, I'm going to leave this issue open for the moment because, at the very least, you should probably add something to the docs that says you need to install the headers if you want to be able to install C extensions.
