Do you think that it's possible obtain the pharmacokinetic information (Kel, Vdss, Vd, D, Route, Cmax...) in drugbank? For example, It is possible in chembl and may be it is interesting for you https://github.com/chembl/mychembl/blob/master/ipython_notebooks/13_myChEMBL_drugs_ADME.ipynb
You can see as it is possible to extract in chembl, although it is obtained with only marketed drugs it'd also be interesting do it for a specific target, but this is another topic.
