nak wallet is very experimental #64

Description

@tsjk

I managed to receive some cashu with nak wallet receive, but sending with nak wallet send does not work. It just hangs, and then nak wallet tokens reports no tokens. Luckily chachi uses the same wallet (some insane/old nip-60 impls actually create a new wallet that other impls do not have the option to see...), so could recover them (although, had to send one token at a time or it'd bug out, hehe).
After the wallet was emptied (with chachi), nak wallet tokens erroneously reports tokens, like:

<id_1> 2 <mint>
<id_2> 6 <mint>
<id_3> 14 <mint>
<id_4> 30 <mint>
<id_5> 94 <mint>
<id_6> 222 <mint>
<id_7> 222 <mint>

This is neither correct nor is it an aggregated amount as it's all a reference to the same mint. =)
I started out with 734 sats, and by sending one token at a time in descending order the above seems more to be some kind of history - with 222 being reported twice for some reason.
