Can you add instructions to install dalmatian directly from Github with "pip install git+https://github.com/getzlab/dalmatian.git" instead of "pip install firecloud-dalmatian"

Second this. Alternatively, update the pip distribution. Pip will still load the module under firecloud-dalmatian, which leads to the following line giving a "module not found" error since __name__ is set to dalmatian in the pyproject.toml file.
