Authentication i18n: best approach for authErrorHandler translation migration?

Hi! I'd like to contribute by working on the TODO in:

apps/web/helpers/authentication.ts

// TODO: move all error messages to translation files

While investigating, I found that some error messages contain React components (Link), and there seem to be a few possible implementation approaches:

1. Store translation keys in errorCodeMessages and translate in the UI component that renders the error.
2. Pass t as a parameter to authErrorHandler and update the existing call sites.
3. Create a useAuthErrorHandler() hook that uses t internally and migrate callers to the hook.

Before I start working on this, is there a preferred approach that aligns with Plane's current i18n architecture?

I'd be happy to work on whichever direction is preferred.
