nginx: contains a hardcoded build path

By CI/CD, I see this one:

nginx-full: [warn] Binary /usr/sbin/nginx contains a hardcoded build path
nginx-mod-lua: [warn] Binary /usr/lib/nginx/modules/ngx_http_lua_module.so contains a hardcoded build path

Is there something what we can do about it?

Helps to update every 3 years.... (it is openresty, not nginx core module)

seems all external modules are added to nginx version?
they can be built on top of a readonly nginx, using it as more or less a library with sources

I dug modules and found that most modules are on years old version and one doesn't even built : nginx-mod-lua fails because if looks core.lua from /usr/share/lib/... but nginx-mod-lua-resty-core put them at /usr/lib/...
does anyone actually using those modules?

I have tried, kind of yes - non-nginx modules hang on commit hash and were never updated since inception.
