File selection and Global Options panels appear white?

I'm using the Modern theme. Happens with Sky as well.

On MacOS, we don't have an open file dialog like that nor are my global options white. Since I don't own a Windows laptop & don't want to use Bootcamp, I can't really fix this. Hopefully someone who does have one will open a PR. Sorry 😬

Oh, this is actually on Archlinux, not on Windows. 😓
