If you ask me, "Why should I help you?" I'll be honest with you: there's nothing more valuable in the world than skill. Employers want skilful people; people develop skills because there is real value in them.

I may lack the experience of a senior engineer, but I make up for it with curiosity and drive. I don't even care about money; I do it for free, hence why I joined the open-source community (well, I still need something to live on). But the point is, I value knowledge more than anything else.
