Please, check this readme section: https://github.com/stratum/fabric-tna#intel-p4-studio-sde-docker-image. You should build and provide this docker image, ONF is not going to provide it.

Ok, but I don’t understand where I can get the Barefoot P4 SDE tarball.

The P4 SDE is provided by Intel, so you have to looking for them on the Intel website. More in details once you buy an Tofino you have the access to the SDE and to some documentations files
