📌 Explain the Request
Most users that implement TheiaProk for HAI sequencing are required to report the MLST of the specimen in the format "ST##_schema_name". We output both the MLST result and the schema, but concatenating the two automatically and outputting as an additional column would be an added convenience to users. This is not a requirement, because laboratories can concatenate these fields downstream, but something for us to consider.
