[Taxon_Tables] Refactor `export_taxon_table_task` to use bioforklift

📌 Explain the Request

Instead of explicitly listing every output in columns_to_export, we could alternatively create a task to run bioforklift and generate/upload a filtered table based on the gambit_predicted_taxon. This would reduce the need to continuously maintain the columns_to_export list as outputs change over time.
