option to include scores in prokka output

Hi,

Prokka is a great annotation tool, so thanks for all the hard work! However, there does not appear to be a way to include any annotation scores (e.g. evalue, percent identity, etc) in the output (e.g. Dfast and more recently Bakta does this), unless I'm missing something very obvious (not unheard of).

I realize not everyone wants their genbanks and GFFs cluttered up with this extra info, but an option to have these included in some way would be great for those of us who need that extra level of certainty. Perhaps even a separate .tsv file?

You are right, prokka is vague about how it assigns its gene annotations.

Theoretically it could be done, but I think bakta is a better choice now for genome annotation.

Yes, Bakta does output nearly all scores in a separated inference TSV file. But, As already mentioned, Bakta doesn't output scores as part of GFFs or Genbanks neither, so they are not flooded with too much data.
