Prokka predicts extra short CDS absent in NCBI record #730

Description

@Krasnopeev

Hi!
During my investigation of bacterial BGCs, I found a discrepancy in CDS annotation. I obtained a GBK file from the NCBI portal and also reannotated the FASTA file from the same GenBank record using Prokka.
To clarify: I used the raw FASTA from GenBank, processed it with Prokka to obtain a GBK file, and then compared it with the GBK file from the same record. I noticed a small difference in annotation: the Prokka-annotated GBK file contains a new short CDS that does not exist in the "official" GBK file from NCBI.
What could be the cause of this?
NCBI accession: AF183408.1

Prokka run: prokka --quiet --cpus 12 --locustag aerugi_operon --outdir prokka_aerugi_operon --prefix aerugi_operon Original_NCBI_file.fasta

Here is also a screenshot form cblaster report for more visualisation of my question
