Subject to compliance with this License Agreement, morieeattonkatsu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for lawful purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The Software, including all source code, object code, documentation, assets, trademarks, and related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of morieeattonkatsu.
You may not:
- Copy the Software except as necessary for backup purposes.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use the Software to develop competing products.
Unless explicitly provided under a separate written agreement, access to the source code does not grant any rights to:
- Copy
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Publish
- Commercialize
- Create derivative works
All source code remains proprietary.
Commercial use of the Software is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by morieeattonkatsu.
This License automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately:
- Stop using the Software.
- Destroy all copies in your possession.
- Remove the Software from all devices.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORIEEATTONKATSU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
morieeattonkatsu may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction chosen by morieeattonkatsu, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and morieeattonkatsu concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
