Refines and expands XML documentation across the Krypton.Docking assembly (controls, dragging, elements, events, general helpers, and palette). Clarifies constructor intent, parameter nullability, return values, exceptions, event semantics, and method behavior (Dispose, drag lifecycle, message filtering, size/update APIs). Mostly comment updates and small whitespace/encoding fixes; no functional logic changes intended. Improves developer-facing API docs and aids code navigation/maintenance.
