Transposable element expression at unique loci in single cells with CELLO-seq

This repository contains CELLO-seq Sarlacc pipeline and scripts used for analysis in Berrens et al. 2020.

The structure of the repository is:

• pipeline: contains the CELLO-seq Sarlacc pipeline for processing sequencing data produced using CELLO-seq protocol.

• manuscript: contains bash and python scripts used to analyse the data.
