Describe the bug
In the table view of a group. Use a custom search, e.g. MLST and specify one. Then proceed to click "select all". This selects both filtered and unfiltered samples, i.e. everything in the group. As of now one would need to select the rows manually.
Expected behavior
The filtered samples should be selected.
