Implements a Wi-Fi first-person-video vehicle. Video is captured from
the rpi camera, encoded to h264 by the GPU, and streamed over rtsp
by gstreamer. Control input is received over UDP.

 - Raspberry Pi Model A+
 - Raspberry Pi Camera
 - Adafruit DC motor hat (PCA9685)
 - Sparkfun lipo fuel gauge (MAX17043)
 - Pimoroni 18 Channel LED driver (SN3218)
 - Ebay Special MPU9150 9DOF motion sensor (MPU6050+AK8975)
