Remove stale poetry.lock / Dependabot UV Support

• Removes poetry.lock that was re-introduced by dependabot PRs branched before the uv migration
• The uv migration (4d73f9d) deleted it, but subsequent dependabot merges (tornado, ruff, mkdocs-material bumps) re-added it because their branches still had the file
