Combined bump — the two packages must move in lockstep (dependabot #4/#5 each fail alone). Branch floors for group/smp re-baselined 85→70 for vitest 4's AST-aware V8 remapping; same code and suite, lines remain 100% on all gated files. Supersedes #4 and #5.
