Summary

  • add the Topological Data Analysis Bioinformatics Foundry as the third documented instance and present it immediately after the Galaxy Workflow Foundry
  • identify TDA as the active rigorous reference build, while retaining the Statistical Genomics Foundry as the earliest substantial proof of concept
  • update the instances page, homepage, footer, profiles, Diff, canon, sitemap, and pattern documentation to describe the three-instance landscape
  • include TDA in the generated kind and tag catalogs, refresh all three vendored snapshots from exact origin/main revisions, and update catalog rendering and tests for three-way shared/partial/instance-specific results
  • make the instance-data sync script support TDA and targeted --only refreshes

Why

The site still emphasized the Statistical Genomics Foundry even though the TDA foundry has become the more principled and hardened implementation, and work now tends to flow back from TDA into SGF. This change makes that relationship visible without rewriting the historical role of SGF.

It also removes assumptions that the pattern has only two instances, so catalog claims remain evidence-based as additional foundries appear.

Validation

  • npm test — 22 tests passed
  • npm run typecheck — 0 errors, 0 warnings
  • npm run build — 29 pages built; 22 wiki-link targets resolved
  • checked rendered instance ordering, TDA profile metadata, footer links, and three-instance catalog output
