📜 Description

Moves testflight and size-analysis iOS jobs from Cirrus macOS runners to GitHub-hosted macos-26 runners.
Removes the runner_provider matrix strategy and all dead Bitrise-specific steps (asdf Node.js, asdf Ruby, Bitrise Ruby cache) from both workflows.
Simplifies job names and artifact names that no longer need the runner provider suffix.

💡 Motivation and Context

These workflows don't need Cirrus or Bitrise runners — they work fine on standard GitHub-hosted macOS runners with less complexity. The Bitrise code paths were already disabled (matrix hardcoded to ["cirrus"] only) and were just dead code.

💚 How did you test it?

Reviewed that all removed steps were behind runner_provider == 'bitrise' conditions that could never trigger.
Verified the remaining steps are compatible with GitHub-hosted macOS runners.
