Add CTD_SIMU_RAI to Cancer section - #7

Hi @keller-mark, a short follow-up on this one, with some material that did not exist when I opened it. The project now ships citation metadata and an archived release:
On fit for this list: the tool solves three coupled ODEs and plots the resulting thyroglobulin biomarker trajectory, so a clinician can compare simulated response curves across session count, interval and administered activity. It sits in the Cancer section next to Signal and Oncoscape as a trajectory-visualisation tool rather than an omics browser, which is why I proposed it there. No rush at all, and no hard feelings if it is out of scope for the list. Happy to reword the entry, move it to another section, or close this myself if you would rather keep the list tightly focused. |
Add CTD_SIMU_RAI, an ODE-based model for thyroglobulin dynamics and patient-specific estimation after radioiodine therapy, with visualization of biomarker trajectories.
