Improvements

• [OND211-2418] ondewo/nlu: Complete the inline field documentation across the protos. Documented the remaining batch-CRUD status oneofs and sorting requests in intent.proto and entity_type.proto, the streaming telemetry_event LLM events in session.proto, the crawler path filters in rag.proto, and ValidateEmbeddedRegexRequest in utility.proto, so every message field and enum value now carries a // doc comment.
