I'm planning to make a small PR to that one to say: go with the repo conventions but prefer no copyright line for new repos. |

Built on #10708. If we were going to include it, we should do it without the year so it never has to be updated. But we only had the copyright line in 153 of 1993
.rsfiles anyway, and the MPL FAQ says "You may also add additional accurate notices of copyright ownership, such as the name of the copyright holder, but this is not necessary."
