No setup required. Open index.html in any browser.
For the AI Insights panel, you'll need an Anthropic API key. Direct browser calls to the Anthropic API may be blocked by CORS — if that happens, run a local proxy or use a backend route.
The dashboard ships with realistic mock data. To connect real campaigns:
- Click Connect Smartlead or Connect HeyReach in the sidebar or the banner
- Enter your API key
- Live data will replace mock data automatically
