Summary

  • Adds content/global-team/infrastructure/1password/index.en.md, a new runbook page documenting how RLadies+ uses the 1Password Teams Open Source plan for shared Global Team credentials.
  • Covers the OSS plan rationale, the leadership-as-admins access model, categories of stored credentials (no specifics), the "Shared" vault (with a TODO for any additional vaults), provisioning, Emergency Kit / recovery, and how the shared vault differs from the chapter organiser security guidance.
  • Stacks on top of Split tech section by audience: organiser tooling vs Global Team infrastructure #207 (split-tech-organisers-vs-infra); does not modify any existing pages — cross-links only.

Test plan

  • hugo builds (the only failure observed locally is a missing notice shortcode from an uninitialised theme submodule, which affects pre-existing pages identically on the base branch).
  • Cross-references resolve once merged: /global-team/airtable, /global-team/airtable/api, /global-team/social-media-management, /global-team/onboarding, /organizers/tech/security.
  • Page auto-lists under the Infrastructure section index.

Adds an infrastructure runbook for the OSS-plan 1Password account
that holds RLadies+'s shared credentials. Covers the leadership-as-
admins model, the admin console URL and navigation, first-time
activation flow for new admins (email → master password → Secret
Key → Emergency Kit → app install), daily credential retrieval
(vault selector, search, copy icon, clipboard auto-clear), the
Emergency Kit habit as the one operational practice that genuinely
matters, recovery scenarios (lost device, forgotten master password,
suspected compromise, primary holder transfer), the chapter-vs-
Global-Team distinction, and the six-monthly admin audit cadence.

Stacks on #207.
