With hmac 0.13, HmacSha256::new_from_slice is provided by the KeyInit trait rather than by Mac; studio/src-tauri/src/native_backend_lease.rs still imports only hmac::{Hmac, Mac} and calls HmacSha256::new_from_slice in sign_bytes(). As soon as this dependency line resolves to 0.13, the desktop crate will fail to compile until the source imports hmac::KeyInit or the dependency remains on 0.12.
