feat: add client download info

Description

Refactors the app schema and injects client downloads and icons directly into the respective moonlight client definitions. This allows the Sunshine website to use https://app.lizardbyte.dev/app-directory/sunshine.json instead of maintaining a separate clients.yml base as a single source of truth.
